The objective of the law rm is to offer personalised legal services to our individual and corporate clients. The rm aims at assisting its clients to access justice and protect their legal rights and interests. We believe in keeping our clients well appraised through emails, letters, telephone calls and short text messages on the progress regarding of their matters. We always respond to correspondence within the shortest time possible and in case not later than 24 hours. We create ample time to meet our clients in the ofce as well at their ofces. For cases coming up for hearing in courts and other tribunals, we always meet our clients and witnesses one (1) week before the hearing dates for pre-trial brieng and preparations.
In order to serve our clients better, the rm does employ the services of consultants as well as lead counsels in court cases where need arises. The rm handles the following areas of legal practice:

Different factors do inuence the calculation of fees by the rm. Nonetheless the rm raises legal fees in conformity with the prescribed scale under the Advocates Remunerations Order under the Advocates Act (Cap 16 Laws of Kenya).
On the other hand disbursements will in all cases be charged on the basis of reasonable prevailing costs. In all cases, Value Added Tax will be raised on legal fees and on disbursements as may be required from time to time by the Commissioner for Value Added Tax and this will be subject to the provisions of the V.A.T. Act.
Stamp Duty is payable on matters falling within the ambits of Conveyancing, formation of Societies, Companies, Deed polls, and such stamp duty will always be charged in accordance with the prescribed scales or as assessed by the Collector of Stamp Duty.
The rm will in most cases require that a deposit of fees be paid by clients to defray initial disbursements. Credit for this amount will be given when a nal fee note is raised. The deposit is received on the understanding that the client will settle the nal fee promptly. The rm reserves the right to discontinue its services to a client should no fee be paid and levy interest in accordance with the provisions of the Advocate Remuneration Order. Fees can be paid either in cash or by way of a cheque in favour of the rm.
The rm takes a keen interest in a dedicated and experienced management team to support the partners and help the clients as may be required from time to time. We have experienced conveyancing and court clerks who work under the ofce administrator. When need arises, the partners personally attend land registries to expedite transactions.
We have a messenger who delivers mail within Nairobi area during working hours. For out of town or International deliveries, we employ the services of reputable courier services.
The rm at present handles matters for numerous individual clients as well corporate clients. If requested, our corporate clients do give recommendations to any potential client.
