Mr. Kamotho is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public. He graduated from the University of Nairobi in 2007 with Second Class (Upper Division) Honours. He thereafter joined the rm of Ndonye & Associates in July, 2007 where he undertook attachment and got rst hand experience with law in practice. In January, 2008, he enrolled at Kenya School of Law for Post Graduate Diploma. At the same time, he also joined Mbugwa Atudo & Macharia Advocates for attachment and pupillage programme.
Having successfully completed post graduate diploma, Mr. Kamotho was admitted to the bar in year 2009 and immediately commenced employment at the rm of Mbugwa, Atudo & Macharia Advocates. He worked as an associate until year 2012 when he resigned to start the rm of Kamotho Njomo & Company Advocates. During his stay at the said law rm, Mr. Kamotho handled briefs in various legal elds including intellectual property, commercial law, succession matters, conveyancing and land transaction, Employment law and union disputes, insurance and Negligence (Road Trafc; Medical negligence; Industrial negligence) and Civil Litigation both for Private and Corporate clients.

Mr. Njomo is a partner in the rm and has practised as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya since admission on 1st October 2009.
Upon graduating from the University of Nairobi with a Second Class (Upper Division) Honours, Mr. Njomo was engaged as a research assistant at Wasuna & Company Advocates where he gained immense experience in research on a wide range of legal issues. He also enrolled for a Postgraduate Diploma at the Kenya School of Law in January 2008. He voluntarily resigned from the rm of Wasuna & Company Advocates in July 2009 and joined the rm of Ndonye & Associates Advocates as a pupil in July 2009. The said rm retained him upon admission as an advocate on 1st October 2009 in the commercial/conveyancing division and thereafter litigation department.
At Ndonye & Associates Advocates, Mr. Njomo handled legal matters for various clients ranging from insurance companies and nancial institutions and in particular Gateway Insurance Company, UAP Insurance Company Limited, Pacis Insurance Company Limited, Equity Bank Limited and Housing Finance Company Limited.
