Evans Ochieng Ayatta is a lawyer at Kamotho Njomo & Company.

Mr Ayatta works in both the Litigation and Conveyancing departments, handling litigation disputes, employment and labour relations, recovery suits and land disputes. In addition, he has an interest in Intellectual Property Law and its emerging jurisprudence

He joined the firm in February 2024. He has a wealth of experience in key accounts and people management in the pharmaceutical industry spanning over a decade. He believes that the success of any business venture is dependent on the people element.

Upon his admission to the bar, he looks forward to handling children’s matters on a pro bono basis as part of serving the community.
