Mercy is the Head of Workplace Operations at the firm. She is a holder of a diploma in Secretarial Studies from the Nairobi Aviation College.

She is an outgoing self-motivated person and provides invaluable support to the litigation department in the firm. Mercy joined the firm in the year 2018.
