He is one of the founding partners at Kamotho Njomo & Company.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi (Second Class Honours – Upper Division, 2007) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He has over 13 years’ experience as an advocate of the High Court of Kenya having started his career at the firm of Mbugwa Atudo & Company Advocates where he rose to become a senior associate and subsequently resigned to set up the firm.

As a legal practitioner, he has handled many litigation disputes in courts including but not limited to constitutional matters, employment and labor relations disputes for Claimants and Respondents, commercial litigation, debt collection, defending insurance companies, land disputes and arbitration as well as the perfection of securities on behalf of Banks in Kenya.  He has handled complex litigation disputes on behalf of corporate clients, Government parastatals/agencies and County Governments.

Upon request, the firm is ready to supply specific details of the aforesaid cases as well as recommendation letters from clients who are happy with the services rendered while observing and maintaining the Advocate-Client confidentiality.

He is a passionate about the practice of law and is always ready to offer legal advisory to the firms’ corporate clients at a short notice.
